These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of web-page.app and all of its associated subdomains, tools, and services (collectively, the 'Service'). By accessing or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

web-page.app is a collection of free, browser-based web tools created and maintained by a single developer. The Service currently includes the following tools, each available at its own subdomain:

• Multi Convert Client (multiconvertclient.web-site.app) — File format conversion and compression, including images, documents, and archives.
• QRStudio (qrstudio.org) — QR code generation, customization, and export in multiple formats.
• Additional tools may be added over time at subdomains of web-page.app.

Wherever technically feasible, file and data processing is performed directly in your browser, meaning your files do not leave your device. For features that require server-side processing, data is handled securely and is not retained beyond the immediate processing need.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, or to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. Account creation is handled exclusively through Google OAuth 2.0, which means you must have a valid Google account to register. We do not offer password-based registration.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to the processing of your personal data.
• The information associated with your Google account is accurate, and you will keep it current.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account and are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under it.
• You will notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• You will not create accounts on behalf of other individuals without their explicit consent.

A single account grants you access to all tools and features on web-page.app subdomains that include sign-in. You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the Account Security section in your dashboard.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the Service to process, store, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or to any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the Service.
• Introduce, transmit, or facilitate the transmission of malware, viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, or any other harmful or malicious code.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of web-page.app or any third party through the Service.
• Attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or the data it contains.
• Use the Service to harvest, collect, or store personal data about other users without their consent.

Violation of these usage restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content, design, graphics, logos, user interface elements, and software comprising the Service — unless otherwise noted — are the intellectual property of web-page.app and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof without express written permission.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools on the Service.

Open-source components used in the Service are subject to their respective licenses. If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with the details of your claim.

If you upload files, generate content, or otherwise submit material to the Service ('User Content'), you retain full ownership of that User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant web-page.app a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process and deliver the requested output to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that such content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding that data.

The Service integrates with or makes use of the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth 2.0 — For secure account authentication. Google's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to your use of Google's services.
• ip-api.com — For IP geolocation, used to display security-relevant information in your dashboard (such as the approximate location of sign-in events).
• Cloudflare — For CDN, hosting, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process your connection metadata.

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of any third-party service providers. Links to external websites or services do not constitute our endorsement of those sites or services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEB-PAGE.APP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; AND WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEB-PAGE.APP AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO WEB-PAGE.APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to all or part of the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe that you have:

• Violated these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration.
• Engaged in conduct harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
• Abused the Service infrastructure or attempted to disrupt it.

You may also voluntarily terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion option in the Security section of your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we do, the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us directly and giving us a reasonable opportunity to address your concern. If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
