The goal of web-page.app is not to reinvent the wheel, but to offer web versions of essential tools that, while they may not be as powerful as their desktop counterparts, provide the convenience and accessibility that only the web can offer. From file compression, loading LLM models directly in your browser, to generating custom QR codes, each tool is designed to be fast, efficient, and easy to use — without sacrificing user control or privacy.
One account, only if you need it.
Some of our tools offer the option to create an account or sign in (in case you already have an account on web-page.app or any subdomain, as it is shared across all mentioned platforms).
This allows saving preferences, accessing additional features, participating in the community, or even auditing your activity if you notice something suspicious — but it is never a requirement to use the core features. Whatever you want to do, you can do it without signing up. The account is only for those who want a more personalized or integrated experience, but access to the tools will always be free and barrier-free.
Project sustainability.
The development and maintenance of these tools is not free. To ensure the sustainability of the project, optional premium features could be introduced in the future, but they will always be complementary to the free features and will not affect the basic experience. The idea is that if a tool is useful to you, you can use it without restrictions, and if you want to support the project or access additional features, you have that option without feeling like you're missing something essential.
Non-intrusive ads may be integrated or subscription plans for advanced features offered; each page will be studied individually to find the right balance.
